Calm Space Spray

Description

Whether you’re birthing in a hospital or at home, a calm birth space is essential if you’re dreaming of a calm birth. Our calm space spray contains lavender, neroli and patchouli essential oils, all of which have calming properties. Lavender also promotes relaxation which is important during labour and birth for everybody in the birth space. Neroli reduces fear and anxiety which again is beneficial for everybody in the birth space. Being present in the moment during labour and birth can help you stay focused and patchouli can help with that as it is a grounding essential oil.

Our calm space spray is also infused with amethyst, the calming crystal. Amethyst also dispels fear and relieves stress, neither of which you want present in your birth space in yourself or anybody else present.
