Our perineum blend can be used in a sitz bath or be paired with one of our peri bottles to help postpartum perineum healing. Yarrow and calendula will sooth the tender area to make you feel more comfortable during your recovery period. Witch hazel can help with excess wound bleeds and comfrey will assist with healing. Chamomile can relieve pain and ease any postpartum stress and anxiety so that you can focus on bonding with your baby.

Ingredients:

Calendula is soothing and healing and has antifungal, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.

Witch Hazel an astringent herb that will sooth and heal the tender perineum and can be beneficial to excess bleeding.

Chamomile has anti-inflammatory properties to reduce swollen tissue, relieve pain and promote postpartum relaxation.  

Yarrow soothes skin and has anti-microbial properties to help prevent infections.

Comfrey helps to heal wounds and reduce pain and inflammation.
